Ingredients:
250g paneer, cubed
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Marinate paneer in yogurt, spices, salt, and lemon juice for 1 hour.
Grill or bake until golden brown.
Serve with mint chutney.
