Black Sheep Bistro is situated in the busy streets of Panjim,attracting large touristy crowd. The restaurant welcomes you with its chic and artistic interiors, having varying seating arrangement from high bar stools, plush sofas to comfy chairs in the enclosed gallery. Also, the dark wooden floors, set to the mood lighting and jazzy music enhances the experience of the fine dining restaurant all at once.The subtle trendy music transports you directly to some other world.

The popular restaurant is run by husband-wife duo, Prahlad and Sabreen, who’ve successfully given the place a magic touch. The pair believes in the ‘farm to table’ concept and is always ready to experiment with new flavors and ingredients to present a new dish in the market. Black Sheep Bistro serves fusion and contemporary cuisine at affordable prices.Menu is a blend of Continental, European, German and Goan cuisines. The menu is kept up-to-date and changes frequently, based on the season and other requirements.

Rabiola, tapas and inspired Goan cuisine are some of the products that are talked about far and wide. Give a try to the ‘Konkan styled grilled chicken bites’, ‘Iranian lamb abgoosht on toast’ and the ‘Red Salad’. For the dessert do not miss the ‘Chocolate Lava Cake’, ‘Tart PC’ or the warm ‘Date Cake’ paired with ‘Cinnamon Lattes’ and ‘Cappuccino’. The bar menu is well-stretched with varying drinks ranging from red, white and rose wine to scotch and whiskey. Go for ‘Bombay Sapphire’, ‘Mahua Liquueuer’, ‘The Paan’ and ‘Campari’. Talking about the cocktails, feni sour, sangria and cinnamon whiskey sour are worth trying.
