Gordon’s launches Mediterranean Orange gin flavor to the range
A few months back in 2020, Gordon’s Gin released two brand new flavors that are: The Sicilian Lemon flavor(February), and the Gordon’s White Peach Distilled Gin(March). The Sicilian lemon flavor is a zingy gin, whereas the White Peach Distilled is a little sweet.
After these, a new brand flavor has arrived: The Mediterranean Orange gin. The gin has 37.5% ABV and is described as having a “zesty orange” taste profile. The UK’s best-selling gin brand has introduced this flavor that has a zesty orange, sweet citrus, and juniper berries taste. If you’re a lover of fruity, zesty orange flavor in summers, this one is definitely for you!
Jessica Lace, Head of Gordon’s Gin, has previously said: ‘Consumers are looking to experiment with their drink’s choices, and we know from the success of Gordon’s Premium Pink Distilled Gin, that there’s an ever-increasing appetite for different styles of gin.’
According to Gordons: ‘It boasts fresh orange notes that perfectly complement the juniper and refreshing taste of Gordon’s, creating a delicious G&T alternative for those stopping and enjoying a moment in the summer.’
You can serve the drink over ice with 150ml chilled tonic water, add 50ml of the Gordon’s Gin Mediterranean Orange, and garnished with a wedge of orange and a sprig of fresh rosemary into the glass before giving it a final stir.
The Mediterranean Orange was launched on May 26. And is available now from some selected convenience stores and UK supermarket chain Tesco. But from the 26th of May it will be on sale online and in-store at Tesco for £16.50. It is priced at RRP £16.50 (US$20.75) per 700ml.
