Ingredients:
2 papads (roasted or fried)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh coriander, chopped
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Roast or fry the papads and set them aside.
In a bowl, mix onion, tomato, chilies, chaat masala, and lemon juice.
Spread the mixture on the papads and garnish with coriander.
