50 ml – Maka Zai Gold
10 ml – Fernet Branca
15 ml – Fresh lime juice
15 ml – Orgeat
2 slice – Fresh ginger
Float – Red wine
Garnish – Scary Orange peel
Method – Shaken
In a shaker, add a fresh slide of ginger and muddle it. Add in the rest of the ingredients except for the red wine. Add ice to the shaker and give it a nice shake. Pour the ingredients in a chilled old-fashioned glass with a big block of ice and strain the mix into the glass. Float red wine on top and garnish it with an orange peel.
