1. Amadeo Coffee Liqueur
Amadeo Coffee Liqueur is a perfect drink for all the coffee addicts. The drink is made with four kinds of coffee beans from the Philippines Arabica, Robusta, Excelssa and Liberica, two of which are used in Barako coffee. The rum-based coffee liquor is all-natural and has an intense aroma to match with it. The 50mL bottle retails for around PHP 90. It’s a bit expensive than other local drinks in the country, but is definitely worth a try!
2. Manille Liqueur
This is one of the craft spirits with a new twist. The oldest distillery— DistileriaLimtuaco, gave birth to Manille Liqueur de Calamansi. It is a vodka base and uses calamansi rinds from the Tugdaan mountains in Mindoro, giving it that special touch. Calamansi adds enough kick, creating a zesty, citrus-fresh alcoholic drink.
This distilled vodka is created by DestileriaBarako Corp. in the Philippines. It includes gin and vodka and is distilled twice and the charcoal is filtered six times to become one of the purest vodkas in the country.
