The Baltimore Zoo is said to have been invented in the mid-1990s at Purdue University in Indiana. Nobody really understands why this cocktail is named after a popular Maryland attraction but people like it more than the Long Island Iced Tea and they both have a quite similar taste. You can adjust orange juice amount to adjust taste. This is a very strong drink but you don’t taste the alcohol as it will have a fruity taste.
- 1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Rum
- 1/2 oz Triple sec
- 1/2 oz Peach liqueur
- 1/2 oz Amaretto
- 2 oz Sweet-and-sour mix(optional)
- 1 Beer(Budweiser)
Steps
- Add all ingredients into a highball glass, add ice and stir.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
