1. Flavours Of Fall
Is there anything more comforting than good ol’ apple pie? All the familiar flavours of this beloved dessert made better with the addition of beer – this one’s a must-try.

Ingredients:
1.5 cups of apple juice

1 shot of vanilla vodka

Pinch of cinnamon

Pinch of nutmeg

Pinch of cardamom

A few cinnamon sticks (optional)

2 apple wedges, fresh (optional)

3 tbsp. finely ground brown sugar

1.5 cups of light lager (or any non-hoppy beer of your choice)

A few ice cubes

Directions:
In a pot, combine apple juice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cardamom and bring to a boil. Be sure to stir the mixture continuously. Simmer for 1 minute, remove from heat, and let it cool completely. Meanwhile, pour the beer into a jar, add the vanilla vodka to it, and set it aside. Then grab a plate and combine sugar and cinnamon on it. Rim two beer glasses with a lime wedge, dip each of them in the sugar mixture until evenly coated, drop a few ice cubes into each glass and set them aside. Divide the apple juice mixture evenly between the two glasses. Top with the beer and vodka mixture. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and an apple wedge.

2. Tropical Summer
There might be a chill in the air at home but sunny summers approaching. Although we can’t head over to the land down under to soak up some sun just yet, this drink will have you feeling like it’s summer all over again.

Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple chunks

1 cup mango juice

6 tsp. passionfruit syrup (or sub with fresh passionfruit pulp, sieved)

¼ cup lime juice

¼ cup water

1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped

A handful of fresh cilantro

3 tbsp. finely ground sugar

2 pints of any Mexican lager

A few ice cubes

Directions:
In a large blender, add the pineapple chunks, mango juice, water, passionfruit syrup, lime juice, jalapeno, and cilantro. Blend until the mixture is as smooth as it can get and then sieve it. Pour some sugar onto a plate and rim the beer glass with a lime wedge. Carefully dip the rim of the glass into the sugar and twist the glass a little to get it evenly coated. Then add a few ice cubes to each glass, evenly distribute the blended mixture between the two, and top with the beer. Garnish the drinks with a few lime wedges or a tablespoon of fresh passionfruit pulp.
