Try this sherry special Bamboo cocktail

Sherry cocktails are getting a lot of love from the bartender community, and this underrated 19th-century drink is a must try one. This drink is one of the best known of all classic sherry cocktails so as a result it has various types of recipes too. The origin of the drink is not confirmed as there are different theories behind it but as long as it is tasty it does not really matters.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Dry sherry
• 1 1/2 oz Dry vermouth
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 dash Orange bitters
• Garnish: Lemon twist

Steps

1. Add all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with cracked ice, and stir until chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe, and garnish with a lemon twist.
